Ralph joined PALATINE in March 2003, as Projects Officer.

Ralph manages and administers the programme of PALATINE Events and Projects.

Ralph also managed the HEFCE funded CAREER Project (2003-4), DfES funded PACE Project (2004-5), Higher Education Academy funded CoLab - a collaborative arts enterprise project (2006) and the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship funded project mapping enterprise and entrepreneurship in dance higher education (2007).

In 2008 Ralph obtained further funding from the Higher Education Academy for a project on Employer Engagement in the Arts Sector.

Ralph also co-ordinates the development of the PALATINE content management system and website and the PRISM e-learning project website.
